Terms of Service
Last updated: August 28, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Safe4AI website at safe4ai.com, including contact forms, the Ask AI assistant, and publicly available developer API endpoints (collectively, the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Safe4AI ("we", "us") is operated from Belgrade, Serbia. Enterprise services, statements of work, and data processing agreements are governed by separate contracts between Safe4AI and the client.
2. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful business purposes only. You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or abusive content through contact forms or the Ask AI assistant
- Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site or its API beyond documented sandbox limits
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload Site infrastructure in a manner that impairs availability for others
- Use the Site in violation of applicable law or third-party rights
3. Contact Forms and Inquiries
Information submitted through our contact form is processed as described in our Privacy Policy. Submitting an inquiry does not create a binding contract, service commitment, or SLA. We may decline or defer engagements at our discretion.
4. Ask AI Assistant
The Ask AI widget provides general information about Safe4AI based on published site content. Responses are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, medical, financial, or professional advice. Do not submit confidential, personal, or regulated data through the assistant unless explicitly agreed in writing for a specific engagement.
5. Developer API
Access to Safe4AI developer endpoints is subject to rate limits, authentication requirements, and versioning policies documented at /developers and in our OpenAPI specification. API keys and sandbox access may be revoked for abuse or security reasons. The API is provided on an "as available" basis for integration discovery and testing unless covered by a separate agreement.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by Safe4AI or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute Site content without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference or as permitted by law.
7. Compliance and Product Claims
Safe4AI designs on-premise and private-cloud AI systems with security and regulatory requirements in mind. References to GDPR alignment, SOC 2 readiness, HIPAA, DORA, NIS2, or EU AI Act describe architectural intent and control mapping — not certifications held by Safe4AI unless explicitly stated in a signed client document. Your organisation remains responsible for its own compliance obligations and attestations.
8. Disclaimers
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SAFE4AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED EUROS (€100), EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED BY LAW.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes arising from use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Belgrade, Serbia, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.
